Eckrich Returns Strong At Bristol
BRISTOL – Sunday saw the return of Scott Eckrich after his 2 week suspension, and the return of the #70 to victory lane. Scott completed the sweep by starting on the Savage Spinners Pole and leading the most laps as well. Brad Collins get his best finish of the season coming home in 2nd, with Joe Hassert, James Krahula, and Ricky Hardin rounding out the Top 5.
Scott Eckrich still leads the Chase Standings with 3 races to go with 5 wins. Jason Swann and Ricky Hardin need to start more races, but will lock themselves in with their wins. Don Runkle Jr. is the first driver to lock himself in on points, with Adam Blattel and Joe Hassert looking to do the same with a strong showing at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park next Sunday. Woodrow Mahan currently holds the last transfer spot in the Chase standings, but by only 12 points over Chad Stahlman and 13 over Dan Murray.
The Premier Racing League Sportsman Truck Series will be back in action on August 21st at the Canadian Tire Motorsports Park for the Canada 100.
